Musicals include A Hanukkah Jamboree (Ars Nova’s ANT Fest, 54 Below); Catch (Rhinebeck Writers Retreat, Dramatists Guild Fellowship), Le Fou with Julia Meinwald & Bekah Brunstetter, A Broken Umbrella’s Seen Change! with Will Aronson. Rob’s concert adaptation of Rodgers & Hammerstein's Oklahoma! premiered at Missouri's Springfield Symphony Orchestra in 2019 (directed by Robert Westenberg). His song “Gays, Jews, and Girls Who Need Love” with Tony Asaro appeared in the film and off-Broadway production of Waiting in the Wings: The Musical (2023 BroadwayWorld Off-Broadway Awards: Best New Score of a Musical). He is a frequent collaborator with A Broken Umbrella Theatre in New Haven and an alum of NYU’s Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program.
